Practice Policies
Complaints
Each member of the practice team works with his or her colleagues and
endeavours to provide an excellent service to all patients. If you have
cause to complain about an aspect of the service you have received from
a member of the practice team, please contact Karen Holmes, the Practice
Manager. The practice has a complaints procedure and your complaint will
be taken seriously. We shall never be perfect, but we aim to improve
when aspects of our work fall short of expected standards.
Comments
and Suggestions
We are interested in receiving constructive comments and suggestions
from patients of the practice. You may think of a way that we could
improve the service that we offer. You may wish to tell us when
something works well. Positive feedback is useful as it informs us where
we are getting it right! If you wish to make a comment or suggestion,
